    No help at all, you cannot raise a support ticket until you have the sms verification to access your account

    There was a temporary issue with SMS messages. This has been resolved and you should receive messages. If you don't receive an SMS message please submit a support ticket at support@bitmain.com

    Hi. If you are not receiving SMS code please first confirm that you entered the phone number with only numbers. Don't use "-", (  ) or anything else like that. 

    If that does not solve the issue then email us at support@bitmain.com with the phone number. Make the ticket type "Technical support or troubleshooting" to get the fastest reply.
