First of all, ensure that your phone number is correct or updated in your BITMAIN account to receive the verification code.
- Make sure your telecom carrier is not blocking BITMAIN's SMS. Similar to email, some telecom carriers do have filter systems that can block text messages.
If you still haven't received our SMS despite it's a valid phone number without SMS blocker, check this list of possible causes of this problem and some suggestions:
1. Our SMS service was temporarily unavailable while you were requesting a verification code.
Contact us immediately. We will highlight this issue with the SMS carrier to get the service up and you will be receiving SMS from us in no time.
2. For unknown reasons, if your phone number still cannot receive our SMS no matter what has been done, we recommend you to update your account to another trusted phone number to receive our SMS.
3. If you are having trouble accessing your BITMAIN account due to the SMS failure, our account security specialists can disable the old 2FA settings and reset it so that you can use it again.

No help at all, you cannot raise a support ticket until you have the sms verification to access your account
I'm not receiving an SMS code to register to make purchases.... I've entered the phone number dozens of times... everything was filled out correctly... no SMS code delivered
same issue here - I've entered the correct phone number - its the same one i use with other 2 factor authentication websites

There was a temporary issue with SMS messages. This has been resolved and you should receive messages. If you don't receive an SMS message please submit a support ticket at support@bitmain.com.

Hi. If you are not receiving SMS code please first confirm that you entered the phone number with only numbers. Don't use "-", ( ) or anything else like that.
