▷If you had misplaced your phone, changed your phone number or changed your Google/SMS authentication and lost your access to BITMAIN account including Antpool, please provide the following information and send it to our customer service:
1. Account name
2. Email and phone number you have bound(the subject of your email please noted: Bitmain 2FA disabled)
3.The photo of yourself holding your PASSPORT(Refer to the below picture) 4.The photo of yourself holding the paper writing with 'your account xxx@xx.com need to disable 2FA on BITMAIN’(Refer to the below picture)
▷If you need our help to remove 2FA of your business account,please provide the following information and send it to our customer service:
1. Account name
2. Email and phone number you have bound (the subject of your email please noted: Bitmain 2FA disabled)
3. The Enterprise Business Licence that you have used for authentication. 4. The photo of yourself holding the paper writing with 'your account xxx@xx.com need to disable 2FA on BITMAIN’(Refer to the below picture)
