System/Tank refill steps:
I. External need to be equipped with self-priming pumps, self-priming pumps need to be filled with liquid inside the pump head for the first time; find the container external filling port (at the container side door), insert the hose, clean and clean, external coolant access to the self-priming pump suction port; (see Figure 1)

*Note: Self-priming pump recommendation and reference: rated flow 3m3/h, rated head 30m, output power 1kW, electric system 380V/50Hz.

II. Close the No. 8 ball valve and No. 6 ball valve shown in Figure 2, open the No. 7 ball valve, and click "fill pump" on the touch screen interface (this fill pump has two uses, i.e., it is responsible for filling the system and filling the tank) (the valve handle is open if the valve is parallel to the pipeline, and closed if the valve handle is vertical to the pipeline).
III. When adding liquid to the system, the static pressure reaches 7 bar (refer to Figure 4, touch screen readings) or more to turn on the circulation pump for 10s (no need to stop the replenishment pump), and then stop the circulation pump.
IV. Continue to add liquid and repeat this twice to ensure the addition of 3~1.5 tons of coolant.
V. Stop adding liquid when the static pressure reaches 1 bar (just observe the main interface pressure sensor reading, see Figure 4 below).
Figure 4 Main interface pressure sensor reading
VI. After again open the circulation pump to circulate the media in the system to ensure that several exhaust valves are in the open state.
VII. Then open the No. 6 ball valve, close the No. 7 ball valve, click on the touch screen interface "replenishment pump" to replenish the liquid in the tank, so that the liquid level in the tank reaches more than 2/3 to stop replenishment (see Figure 3 for the location of the liquid level gauge).
VIII. Close the outside of the container No. 9 ball valve and No. 6 ball valve, open No. 8 ball valve and No. 7 ball valve.
IX. When the system is running, use a wrench to slowly turn counterclockwise to open the circulating pump exhaust port plug to manually exhaust the circulating pump (G1/2 male thread) until there is continuous coolant flow from the circulating pump exhaust port, then turn counterclockwise to close the circulating pump exhaust port plug. (See Figure 5 for the pump exhaust port)
