1.Pipeline leakage maintenance

When the equipment has been in operation for half a year, the pipe network should be checked for leak-proof liquid for half a year. For maintenance, stop the operation of the load device at the user end first, and then stop the operation of the unit for repair. At the same time, after the leak detection is completed, pay attention to replenishing the system.

2.System sewage

After the system and the water tank have been running for two years, there may be some sundries in the system pipeline, and the system should be drained in time.

Sewage steps:

a)Find the positions of No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 9 ball valves (see Figure 1);

b)Connect the drain hose to the No. 2 ball valve and No. 3 ball valve, and use the hose clamp to fasten it; lead the hose to the outside of the unit, open the No. 1-3 ball valve and No. 9 ball valve, and the system can be drained;

3.Check the liquid level of the water tank

The system monitors the liquid level of two water tanks (in the container and in the cooling tower). When the liquid level in the water tank is lower than the required value, the touch screen of the system will give an audible and visual alarm to indicate that the liquid level in the water tank is low. At this time, the fault should be checked and replenished in time ; But even if there is no alarm for the water tank level, it should be checked regularly: the water tank level in the container is required to be checked once a week after stable operation. If the water tank is less than 2/3, it needs to be replenished in time; the cooling tower water tank level is required to be checked once a day, Water interruption is not allowed (unless the dry cooling mode is used in winter, in which case the water inside the cooling tower needs to be

drained).
