Working Principle
Pumping Station: Provide two-way cooling liquid to the water distributor assembly with the required temperature, pressure, flow rate and medium. The water distributor transports the cooling liquid to the water-cooling plate through two-stage liquid separation, and the water-cooling plate takes away the heat inside the equipment; The heated cooling liquid enters the cooling tower for forced heat exchange with the outside air, or enters the plate heat exchanger for heat exchange with the outside heat source, and the cooled cooling liquid is transported to the water cooling plate again through the pump station and the water separator assembly, and so on. , so as to take away the heat in the heating load and ensure that the heating load works in a good environment.
Working principle of wet and dry closed-circuit cooling tower: The dry and wet closed-circuit cooling tower is divided into dry and wet working conditions. Remove the heat released by the coolant flowing in the coil. The interior is equipped with: spray device, serpentine condensing coil, (filling heat exchange layer) water eliminator, the bottom is equipped with a collection tank, the outside of the box is equipped with a spray pump, and the top is equipped with an axial flow fan. When working, the cooling water is pumped by the spray pump to the upper part of the condensing coil to enter, and the liquid condensed by the cooling water outside the pipe flows out from the lower part of the condensing coil. After the water absorbs the heat of the cooling liquid, a part of it evaporates into water vapor, which is sucked up by the axial flow fan and discharged into the atmosphere, and the cooling water that has not evaporated falls into the lower sump for recycling by the spray pump. The axial flow fan draws the air from the top, which strengthens the air flow, makes the water collection tank bear the negative pressure state, reduces the evaporation temperature of the water, accelerates the evaporation of the water film, and strengthens the heat release of the condensing coil. The role of the water eliminator is to block the unevaporated water droplets in the air and make them flow back to the sump to reduce the consumption of cooling water. In addition, a floating ball valve is also set in the sump. When the water is continuously evaporated and consumed, the floating ball valve is automatically opened to give supplementary spray water. The working principle of the dry working condition is to force the cooling liquid with higher temperature from the water-cooling plate to exchange heat with the low-temperature air, and the cooling liquid after reducing the water temperature will enter the system again through the pump group for heat dissipation.
