1.because the equipment is inside the two 500kW power distribution cabinet, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment, the site should be prepared in advance two-way with a load of 500kW three-phase five-wire cable (not specified specifications).

2. the cable line from the container exhaust fan side of the upper two openings to access, see Figure 1 (Note: the need to use the accessories in the rain cloth and rain cover for protection). Which cable line from the top of the two distribution cabinet junction box access, has been extended to the corresponding copper row, with screws installed and fixed.

3、There are grounding studs on both sides of the container, and the power distribution cabinet should be reliably grounded. Therefore, choose to ground both the shell of the container and the shell of the distribution cabinet reliably.

4、The phase sequence of the equipment has been determined at the factory, and after the equipment arrives at the site, it is only necessary to adapt the phase sequence of the substation at the site. Operation is as follows: the substation of the three-phase power into the distribution cabinet, the electrical control box on the power, observe whether there is a power failure; if there is a power failure, please adjust the phase sequence of access to the electrical control box; if there is no fault, it can be normal operation.

5, because the cooling tower and container is separated, but there are three cooling tower above the cooling fan and a spray pump, as well as a liquid level sensor. After the location of the cooling tower and container are completely determined, it is necessary to wire four motors and one sensor.

The 5-a liquid level sensor requires the mounting indication point (recess) to face upwards, see Figure 2. 5 wires have been reserved for this.

5-b the order of the three cooling fans are not specified, but the wiring order is U, V, W (from left to right), the location of the cooling fan is shown in Figure 3, where the top and side of the cooling tower is reserved for the line slot, the cable needs to be arranged along the line slot. The wiring order of the spray pump is also U, V, W (from left to right).

5-c liquid level sensor position has been reserved, from the cooling tower spare parts box to find NPT1/2 nut and gasket, remove the cooling tower into the air grid, from the inside out to install the liquid level sensor, install the liquid level sensor as follows Figure 4.
