3. The system power-up sequence

When the electric control cabinet door is open, open MCB17 first, then MCB 18, MSS6 and then the inverter front-end circuit breaker. mcb-DC1, mcb-DC2 and mcb-DC3 are 24V, 12V and 5V DC switches. When the electric control cabinet door is closed and the system needs to be energized, first open MCB18, MSS6, MCB-DC1, MCB-DC2, MCB-DC3 and the protection switch on the front of the inverter in the cabinet, then close the cabinet door and open MCB17 by the cabinet door operation handle. at this time, the unit is energized.
A trained electrician can operate the system via the touch screen to set parameters, modify thresholds, change the operation mode (automatic/manual), start and stop a motor individually or run it automatically. At this point, the liquid cooling system can be run to control the supply temperature within the required temperature range before meeting the conditions for turning on the calculation unit.
2: After the electric control box is powered on, the conditions for turning on the computing unit are met only when the liquid supply temperature is maintained near the target temperature in accordance with the control system operation procedure. At this time, you can open the circuit breakers in distribution cabinets A and B and start to power on the calculation unit. The order of powering up the power distribution cabinet is as follows.
MCB-A1 and A2 are opened first, then MCB-15, 16, 21, 22, B1 and B2 are opened. Next, rows of computing units are started in an orderly manner according to the requirements. Since there are 210 calculation units in total, there are 14 rows. When starting the computing units, you should start one row (15 computing units) and then start the next row after an interval of 20S, and so on.

4.The system power-off sequence
When the system for some reason to power off, according to the requirements, first disconnect the power of the computing unit, which is to ensure that the water temperature before and after the power failure of the computing unit consistent, equivalent to the power module to protect the computing unit.
When the calculation unit power off, and then artificially through the touch screen to make the liquid cooling system to stop working, at this time the water temperature will rise a little, but the system has no impact. Finally, disconnect the total power supply of the electrical control box and distribution cabinet, so that the entire system in a complete power failure.
