Applicable Model: ANTRACK V1 Cabinet Liquid Cooling System
Reminder:
- WATCH THE INSTALLATION GUIDE VIDEO BEFORE STARTING AND FOLLOW THE STEPS IN ORDER!!!
- NEVER run the pump without miners installed. If running with only one miner, connect the inlet and outlet ports of the other positions directly with pipes!!!
1. Unable to Power On
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- QF3 switch trips when powered on.
-
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
-
Emergency Stop Button Reset:
- Check if the emergency stop button is pressed; rotate the button to reset it.
-
Water Tank Level Check:
- Ensure the liquid level in the water tank is above the sensor height.
-
System Valve Status:
- Confirm the machine is fully installed, pipes are correctly connected, and all valves (except the system drain valve) are open, then turn on QF2 (Pump Switch).
-
Emergency Stop Button Reset:
-
2. Unable to Fill Liquid into the System
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- The water tank is full of liquid, but it cannot be replenished into the miners.
-
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
-
Valve Status Check:
- Check if the water tank valve is open.
- Check if the vent valve connected to the water tank is open.
- Check if the filling pipe valve at the bottom is open.
- All valves must remain open except the system drain valve, which must be closed.
-
Valve Status Check:
-
3. Pump Abnormal Noise or Temperature Anomaly
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- Pump temperature rises abnormally (>60°C) or makes abnormal noise.
-
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
-
Miners Installed & Pipe Shorting:
- If cabinet positions are not full (e.g., only 1-3 miners installed), MUST short the inlet and outlet ports of the empty positions directly with pipes and open their valves to avoid deadheading the pump.
-
Valve Opening Confirmation:
- Check that the valves for the positions where miners are installed are all open.
-
Warning Against Dry Running:
- STRICTLY PROHIBITED to run the pump without miners installed or without valves open! Otherwise, it will cause pump wear and failure.
-
Miners Installed & Pipe Shorting:
-
4. Circulating Liquid Turns Black
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- The circulating liquid inside the system turns black.
-
Cause and Handling:
-
-
Pump Wear:
- Black impurities are mostly metal powder from pump wear. Immediately stop the system.
-
Misoperation Check:
- Check if the pump was ever run without miners or with valves closed.
-
After-Sales Support:
- If pump damage was caused by misoperation, contact customer service for a pump replacement.
-
Pump Wear:
-
5. Fans Abnormal Operation
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- Only some fans start or none rotate at all.
-
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
-
Temperature Setting:
- Need to set the target temperature below ambient temperature +5°C to trigger full-speed operation.
-
Power Switch Check:
- Confirm the Fan QF switch is turned ON.
-
Forced Start Method:
- If power is normal, further lowering the target temperature will activate the fans.
-
Temperature Setting:
-
6. Abnormal Antifreeze Ratio
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- Antifreeze concentration is too high, causing heat dissipation failure or pump failure.
-
Correct Ratio:
- 2L 50% Antifreeze + 18L Pure Water, mix and fill the water tank.
- Concentration too high will cause heat dissipation failure and pump damage!
7. Heat Dissipation Failure & Miner Shutdown
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- Water temperature keeps rising, miners shut down.
-
Installation Requirements:
-
-
Ventilation Conditions:
- Installation space must provide >12000m³/h air volume. Ensure unobstructed front air intake and rear air exhaust.
-
Environment Optimization:
- In non-enclosed spaces, set up independent intake/exhaust ducts. Add exhaust fans if necessary to expel hot air.
-
Ventilation Conditions:
-
8. Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) Usage Issues
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- PHE cooling effect is abnormal or the purpose of the drain port is unclear.
-
Notes:
-
-
Cooling Conditions:
- Requires external supply of >32 LPM (Liters Per Minute), temperature <40°C cold water (for 4 miners).
-
Drain Port Purpose:
- Located at the front of the PHE, with a valve. Used ONLY for draining liquid during replacement. Must be closed during initial startup and normal operation.
-
Cooling Conditions:
-
9. 24V Power Supply Failure
-
Fault Phenomenon:
- The 24V power indicator light does not turn on after powering the main QF switch.
-
Troubleshooting Steps:
-
-
Supply Voltage:
- Check if the input is 380~415V Three-Phase power. Abnormal voltage will cause the 24V power supply to fail.
-
Overload Protection:
- If voltage is normal but it still doesn't work, it may be due to current overload caused by pump deadheading, triggering protection.
-
