If the miner can't connect to the network, and there is no hashrate, you can try to check it step by step through the following methods:
1. Check whether the network cable is loose? Are the router settings correct?
(Method: You can try plugging and unplugging the network cable again)
2. Is the indicator light of the network port flashing?
(Method: If the network port indicator does not flash, it means that the network cable is not properly connected or the control board is faulty, you can re-plug or replace the network cable and try again. If it cannot be resolved, you can try to restore the control board or replace the control board)
3. Is it possible to log in to the background of the miner?
(Method: If you can't log in to the background, you can restore the factory settings, and then log in and try again. If you still can't log in, you can sd card flash it to recovery the control board and try again; if you can enter the background, it means that it is not a network problem, and you can provide the kernel log and wait for technicians to check the reply) .
If the machine cannot be repaired well after the above investigation, you can contact the manual customer service to check again or return the equipment for repair.
