  • What cryptocurrencies can I mine with E9?

After upgrading the latest firmware on the official website, E9 supports mining ETC.

  • What mining pools does E9 support?

After upgrading the latest firmware on the official website, E9 supports the following mainstream mining pools.

NOTE*: Three mining pools cannot be configured to different cryptocurrencies at the same time.

  • Does E9 support zil+ETC mode mining?

The zil+ETC model mining is not linked to the miner and requires mining pool support.

  • Does E9 support nicehash mining pools?

No, E9 DOES NOT support eth stratum protocol with extra hash or nice hash by now, it only support the most popular pool using eth proxy stratum protocol (e.g. f2pool, antpool, hiveon, ethminer2, etc. )

  • The E9 rejection rate is very high, why does it reach 50% or 100%?

Rejection rate of about 50%, the mining pool side of only half of the arithmetic power, there may be a computing board failure, you can reinsert the platoon to return to factory settings or upgrade the firmware and other routine operations to try, if not most of them need to return to repair.

The rejection rate is at 100%, the miner has arithmetic power, the pool does not have arithmetic power, please check if the mining pool is set up with ETHW or ETHF, please change to ETC mining pool and restart.
NOTE*:Three mining pools cannot be configured to different coins at the same time.

  • Can the control board of E9 and other models be used in common? 

E9 is a separate control board and cannot be used with other models.

  • Does E9 have sleep mode?

No.

  • Does E9 support the SSL protocol?

No.

    Hi Team, when will NiceHash support be available for the E9 pro? This would be a make or break for many of us!

    the latest firmware update has so many bugs that even crashes the most E9 Pros that I have.
    At least fix the dam issues. 
    Do you even test before sending out to the public? seriously
