    I placed an order for an Antminer A3, order ID: 0012018011805123 , and I Paid in full using BCC within 10 minutes of placing the order, using three transactions, all 3 show up on the blockchain as confirmed. Your tech support has only identified the first transaction, they didn't bother looking for the 2nd and 3rd , both of them were confirmed on the blockchain.
