Shipping ruels:
1. If there is no explicit provision, for the product to be repaired, the user shall bear the transportation cost of sending the product to the address specified by AntMine Aftermarket (hereinafter referred to as Aftermarket), and Aftermarket shall bear the transportation cost of sending the repaired or replacement product to the address specified by the user. The user must send the product to be repaired to Aftermarket by postage. If the user mails the product to the after-sales service, the after-sales service will not sign for the product and all the consequences will be borne by the user.
2. The user must send the products to be repaired to the address specified by the after-sales service, if the user sends to other addresses (including logistics pick-up points), the after-sales service will not sign for the relevant products, and all the consequences will be borne by the user.
3. For DOA, secondary repair (see below for definition), if there is no exception as below, the user can apply to the after-sales service for a freight subsidy not higher than the official logistics rate after sending the product to be repaired using the shipping method, the freight can only be subsidized by coupons (the insured part is borne by the customer).
(1) DOA: Within 30 natural days from the date of delivery of the product (subject to the delivery date shown on https://shop.bitmain.com/) after the user has purchased the product, the user can create a repair work order on the website and apply for the repair of the product;
(2) Secondary repair: After the repair or replacement of the product, within 15 natural days from the date of delivery of the repaired or replacement product (subject to the delivery date shown on https://shop.bitmain.com/), the user will create a repair work order on the website and apply for repair of the repaired or replacement product again.
(3) Exception: Even if the product sent by the user meets the above DOA requirements for secondary repair, if after receiving the user's product, the after-sales service determines that the user's product is not to be repaired, the user will not receive any shipping allowance. For details of non-repair cases, please refer to the repair guide on AntMine website (https://shop.bitmain.com.cn/repairGuide, same below) or the after-sales service terms and conditions (https://service.bitmain.com.cn/support /terms, same below). The after-sales service may update the cases of non-repair from time to time, subject to the latest version shown on the AntMine website
4. Please be sure to send the products that are eligible for shipping subsidies separately. If the user sends the same parcel containing both products that are eligible for shipping subsidy and products that are not eligible for shipping subsidy, Aftersales will not be able to separately account for the shipping cost of the products that are eligible for shipping subsidy, so Aftersales will not be able to issue any shipping subsidy for this parcel, the freight can only be subsidized by coupons.
5. For the case of freight subsidies, the user must provide the after-sales service with proof of payment of freight. The shipping voucher shall not be falsified, erased or modified, and the total shipping cost shall be shown on the shipping voucher, and the total shipping cost shall not be higher than the official logistics rate, otherwise the after-sales service has the right to refuse to provide the user with part or all of the shipping subsidy applied by the user, the freight can only be subsidized by coupons.
6. After-sales will be sent after repair or replacement products according to the receipt information provided by the user. If the receipt information provided by the user is incorrect or incomplete, the user will be responsible for all additional costs incurred.
7. After-sales service will use the default method of logistics issued after repair or replacement products, and can not guarantee that the user receives the product time. If the user needs to use the air way to send, after-sales service will use the way to send after repair or replacement products.

9. To the extent permitted by law, AntMine after-sales service has the final right to interpret the shipping policy.
