How to pay for a repair order
Login to your BITMAIN account, go to your User Center and click My Repair Order. In your "My Repair Order" page, you can view all your repair orders that you have with us. To pay, click "Proceed to Pay" that is next to the repair order that you would like make payment for. Meanwhile, you can click “View” to view repair order details.
Pay via USD wire transfer
We can currently only accept USD transfer payments for repair order.
*IMPORTANT: Selecting USD payment method means you must pay through wire transfer, please kindly transfer a little more than the repair order’s amount in order to cover up your bank charge. Some banks typically charge for outgoing wire transfers. The fees vary from bank to bank and can be just as much, if not more, than your repair charge. Check with your bank to learn about the additional charges for wire transfer and intermediary before selecting.

Once you have paid for a repair order, it will take about 3 to 5 working days for the relevant departments to verify and approve before reflecting your repair ticket as "Paid".
How to upload the transfer proof
Please upload the bank proof of transfer within 48 hours. If no proof of transfer is loaded, the order will be expired.
The Transfer Proof can only be uploaded when the payment method is USD and order status is valid. You are not able to upload the transfer proof when your order status is PAID, SHIPPED or EXPIRED.
When you complete the payment for your order, please upload the transfer proof in the User Center with the instructions below. Please make sure that the Order ID is clearly indicated in the payment instructions to your bank.
- Log into our website and go to the User Center >My Repair Order or My Service Order, then click “View” button to view order details.
- Click the Upload Transfer Proof button to upload your bank proof for the specific order.
- Please fill in the required information in the Transfer Proof page, such as Account name and Amount. Click “Choose Image”and then click upload. Please allow 3-5 seconds for uploading. If there are any additional remarks that you would like to make, you can fill them in after the images are uploaded. *NOTE: Only 5MB or less jpg & png images can be uploaded successfully. You can upload up to 3 images. PDF or similar formats are not available in this page.
