This article explains how to place an extended warranty order.
- Log into the user account, go to “User Center”- “Sale Order” -Click “Extended Warranty”.
- Check on the box to accept the Policy & Terms. Select and click “Submit”.
- Click “Pay”.
- Click “I’ve got it”. Choose payment method – Refer to the available payment options for details. Order will expire in 5 minutes if no payment method is selected. Customers can no longer choose payment method after that.

Different payment methods have different expiry times.
BTC/ETC/USDT(ERC20)/USDC(ERC20)/ USDT(TRC20) – 1 hour
USD wire – Needs to upload transfer proof within 48 hours into the system, please refer to the page of how to upload the transfer proof.
After the payment method has been chosen, please click “Submit”, and pay the order.

Upon submitting the order for USD wire, a proforma invoice will be generated with the extended warranty order ID.
*NOTE: The proforma invoice can only be downloaded when your warranty order is UNPAID and VALID. Please refer to the page of How to download Proforma Invoice.

Once full payment is received, we will update the order status to “Paid” and “Valid”.
And you can click “My Extended Warranty Order”, find the corresponding Warranty Order ID and click “View” to view details.
