I. ANTMINER cannot find IP
1. Network failure

Mining pool exception |
The information of the three mining pools is all wrong, change the effective mining pool. |

Network configuration error |
If you can get the IP, change it directly in the background, if you can’t obtain the IP, change it in the background after reset; |

Internet disconnection |
Check the network cable, replace the network cable, check the switch, and check the network connection status. |

2. Control board failure

1. Abnormal temperature

If the hash board is abnormal, you can try to upgrade the firmware or flash with SD card, and replace the power supply. If it does not work, PSU needs to be replaced and repaired. |
