*SPECIAL NOTE: The price of cryptocurrency mining machines has to be adjusted frequently in accordance with variables like the exchange rate of the cryptocurrency with fiat, the cryptocurrency's network difficulty, or the expected difficulty increase. Refund requests based on price changes WILL NOT be honored.

You may pay with USD wire, etc. Please check the specific available payment methods after submitting the order.

Ordering Notes

1. Make sure to make a full payment.
2. Please select the correct address for shipping before you submit your order. The shipping address cannot be changed once the order is submitted. The shipping will start on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders that BITMAIN has received full payment for. We advise you to research and prepare in advance for the customs' clearance in your country to avoid delays or unexpected costs.
3. Shipment of your parcel will be arranged with the most competitive shipping quality provided by one carrier from UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
4. The delivery time is subject to the mark on the official website page.
5. If you need to purchase specific accessories, please communicate with us in advance. If you reach consensus with us on the purchase content in a manner approved and recognized by BITMAIN, either by way of filling in the information and making a purchase order on BITMAIN’s website (“Electronic Order”), or by confirming your purchase content with us by email or other written forms in case of no Electronic Order made on BITMAIN’s website (“Purchase Demand”), you need to strictly comply with this clause. To specify, after you confirm with us on your purchase content in the aforementioned manner, you are required to pay 30% of the (estimated) total amount of the goods specified in your Electronic Order or Purchase Demand as a deposit (“Deposit”) to our designated bank account. After receiving your Deposit, we will proceed with the preparation of goods, notify you in writing to pay the final payment after the goods are ready and arrange delivery after we confirm receipt of the final payment. Please note that your Electronic Order or Purchase Demand is irrevocable in principle. If you do insist on canceling your Electronic Order or Purchase Demand, or your Electronic Order or Purchase Demand could not be fulfilled due to your own reasons, it should be deemed that you voluntarily waive all rights to the Deposit you have paid, including your unconditional approval and acknowledgement that BITMAIN does not need to return the Deposit, and that BITMAIN should immediately stop the preparation and delivery of the goods specified in your Electronic Order or Purchase Demand. In such cases, you acknowledge and agree that BITMAIN shall have no legal unfulfilled obligations with respect to your Electronic Order or Purchase Demand, and shall not bear any liability for any breach of contract or compensation.

Warranty Information

Special Provision: After an order has been submitted, a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the ordered amount or change the ordered item(s) to different items(s) or different batch(es) WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED by BITMAIN. We advise you to make any purchase only after consideration.

1. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted. 

2. The unit price and total price of the products, the amount paid by you shall be all denominated in U.S. dollars, no matter what currency you use to make payment. The exchange rate between U.S. dollars and cryptocurrency shall be adopted following the below rules:

• In the event that you pay for your placed Order which is valid and has not been fully paid yet, the exchange rate between U.S. dollars and cryptocurrency fixed in such placed Order shall be adopted;
• Otherwise, the real-time exchange rate between U.S. dollars and cryptocurrency displayed on the Site upon payment shall be adopted.

3. A 365-day warranty is provided to PSU starting from the shipping date.

4. A 180-day warranty is provided to Control Boards starting from the shipping date, since July 1, 2021.

5. To avail of the above-mentioned warranty period, a repair ticket must be generated by the customer on BITMAIN's website. 

No warranty is provided for all other materials and parts.
