The usage rules of coupons

The validity period of the coupon is generally 3 months, 6 months or one year. Please refer to the customer service notification or system display. Before use, please check the expiration date of the coupon (GMT+8 Beijing time) before using, please make sure to use the coupon within the validity period, once expired it cannot be used or extended.

There are several types of coupons:

>30% all-purpose coupons,the usage rules are as below:

1. The coupons can be applied to new purchases of any product on https://shop.bitmain.com/（Except for new models）；
2. The coupons can be used to deduct 30% of the total order amount (shipping fee not included)；
3. The coupons will not be issued in cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.  They can only be used to deduct the payment amount when you purchase our miners through https://shop.bitmain.com/；
4. During the purchase process, once a coupon has been selected and the order has been submitted, the coupon is deemed to have been used and cannot be used again, even if such an order is not fully paid.  Utilized coupons will NOT be returned once orders are submitted,whether the order is valid or not；
5. Once an order is submitted, a coupon cannot be applied anymore as orders cannot be amended once submitted；
6. The amount deducted by the use of a coupon or coupons cannot be invoiced；
7. BITMAIN reserves the right to revoke, change the value or limit the usage of all coupons mentioned above.

Note: 30% all-purpose coupons are available in transferable and non-transferable formats, depending on the usage rules on the coupon you receive，refer to the picture below:

> Overseas after-sales coupons ,the usage rules are as below:

1. In the event that the amount you paid for the products is at or near zero after applying the coupons,

 BITMAIN is required to state the product value based on the export value or current sales price; 

All additional costs including customs clearance and tax will be borne by the customers；
2. The coupons may only be applied to new Antminers/PSU/parts purchases on https://shop.bitmain.com/
3. The coupons are only valid for purchasing our products on https://shop.bitmain.com/ and cannot be exchanged for cash；
4. Coupons cannot be applied on repair orders；
5. Once order has been submitted, the applied coupon is deemed to be used even if the order expires；
6. Coupons are transferrable to other users’ accounts on www.bitmain.com；
7. Issued coupons are final; any changes to value/expiration date are  not allowed；
8.You may use one or more of the after-sale Coupons for your order. Please note that you cannot use after-sale Coupons with other type of coupons per order；
9. The coupon is effective from 00:00:00 on the starting date and 12 months validity；
10. If you do not redeem the full amount of your coupon for one product, the remaining value will be forfeited. E.g. A product costs 400 USD, if you used a 500 USD coupon on this product, the remaining 100 USD would not be returned to you；
11. BITMAIN reserves the right to revoke, amend and limit all coupons.

Note:The coupons can be used for deducting maximum 10% or 30%  of the total order amount (shipping fee not included), depending on the usage rules on the coupon you receive.
