How to check and pay orders that require down payment?

1. Login our official website www.bitmain.com and go into the "user center"

2. Click Sales Order. Your orders are categorized under "All Orders", "Unpaid", "Pending", "Paid", "Shipped" and "Expired".

Please click "unpaid" for unpaid orders and "pending" for orders which require further payment.

3. In your list of unpaid orders, find the order which you wish to pay, click "pay" button shown in the picture below. Kindly pay the minimum down payment amount ASAP to confirm your order.(Please select the correct payment method for your order. We cannot accept USD wire transfers to existing BTC/BCH orders.)
