>Financial Statements and Other Required Financial Information

>Photocopy of Maintenance Qualification Certificate

>Introduction of Human Resource Management(General and Detailed of Chief Officer)

>Repairing Instruments and Facilities List

>Copies of Qualification Certificates,such as ISO9001, Environmental and Occupational Health Certification Certificate, etc.

>List of Principal Customers and Cooperation Partners

>Reference Letter of Past Clients

>Additional Information (Please describe lawsuits and arbitration of your company in the past three years to date)
