If you have a faulty machine that needs to be repaired, we recommend you to send the whole machine, so that we can fully check the condition of the machine and ensure that the machine is running normally before sending it back to you.
If you choose to return the hashboard ONLY due to special reasons, please be aware of the risks as follows, so we will recommend you choose this method carefully.
>The damage caused by improper packaging should be borne by you; When you choose to send the hashboard back for repair, please make sure to pack the hashboard properly before sending it out, please click on how to pack. If the hashboard is not properly packaged, the board is easily damaged or even scrapped in transit due to external forces, and please note the warranty will be void, and no longer enjoy free warranty service.
>Normal running / The original hashrate cannot be guaranteed; When you install the repaired hashboard back to the machine, please understand it might happen that it is not running or the hashrate doesn't reach the standard hashrate. Due to the compatibility of the hashboards, additional adjustments need to be done after putting them into the machine, we can not guarantee that it is normal after being installed back into the machine, we can only guarantee that the hashboard passes the test after repair;
> Repaired time may be longer; If there are many damaged parts in hashboard， the repair site needs more time to repair and we may not have sufficient spare replacement hashboards stock for the shipment, so your delivery time may be longer, you have to wait patiently;
>Second-repair warranty may be voided when sending back the whole miner, there are some scenarios that we may send a good working hashboard to avoid your long waiting time, and you install it on the original machine, or we send the original board back to you, but you mistakenly install on other machines; If you choose to send such whole machine for repair instead of hashboard alone next time, the miner might be judged as a mixed board and the warranty will be voided under BITMAIN aftersale terms;
Mixed boards: any or all of the hash boards or control boards in a Product are not the original parts of such Product, or anything preventing us from determining whether the hash boards or control boards are the original parts of such Product;
WarmTips: Repair Sites in China can only accept the whole machine for repair, not accept the hashboard.
