You can choose to pick up the goods you sent for repair at the BITMAIN Official Repair center; if you wish to pick up the goods by yourself, please provide the information as requested, and send an email to BITMAIN customer service( customersupport@bitmain.com) with the email address that used to create the Repair Ticket (Please standardize the email subject as follows: self-pickup application + Ticket ID), BITMAIN customer service/Repair Center will notify you when the goods are ready for pick-up.
Please provide us with the corresponding self-pickup information according to your needs:
1. If you specify the logistics UPS/FedEx/DHL courier, you need to provide us with the label from the carrier.
NOTE: If you need to ship transnationally, in addition to the Label From The Carrier, you will also need to provide a packing list and invoice.
2. If you/you designate a driver to the Repair Center to pick up the goods, please provide the following information:
▷A letter of authorization to pick up the goods(please check the attachment sample for you)
▷Driver information (vehicle information, driver's name, and phone number)
Important Note:
▷ After we receive and confirm your pickup request, you may go to the Repair Center to pick up your goods.
▷Pickup requests must be sent through the email address of the User ID that created the Repair Ticket.
▷As you use your logistics account to pick up and ship, you are assuming all risks associated if there is any loss and damage.
