Clarification of the Forged and Fake BITMAIN Mobile Apps

It has come to our attention that recently, some unknown parties conducted illegal activities such as fraudulent fundraising through the false use of the “BITMAIN” brand and our company name via the forged and fake “Bitmain” ,“bitmaininvest.in”and “Bitmain Pro” mobile apps (hereinafter referred to as the “Forged and Fake Mobile Apps”).

We filed infringement complaints to Google Play and YouTube in September 2022. The Forged and Fake Mobile Apps have already been removed from Google Play, and YouTube has blocked the counterfeiting channels in relation to the Forged and Fake Mobile Apps.

We have never developed any mobile app in the name of “Bitmain” ,"bitmaininvest.in"or “Bitmain Pro”, nor have we authorized any entity or individual to publish mobile app in the above names. The Forged and Fake Mobile Apps are not in any way connected with our company.

We strictly condemn such illegal behaviors and reserves all of our rights to pursue legal proceedings against such the developers of the Forged and Fake Mobile Apps.
