Recently, some customers have reported that they have received payment requests from instant messaging software under the guise of BITMAIN. In response to this phenomenon, we issue this important notification.
BITMAIN only receives payments through the following channels, any payment channel other than the below is not authorized by BITMAIN.
- The bank account specified in the formal contract executed between you and us;
- The offline wallet address that is generated by BITMAIN’s official website and is provided by our sales personnel via business email address (domain name: @bitmain.com) to customer’s email address registered at our official website;
- The bank account or wallet address corresponding to your chosen way of payment, which is generated by the system after you place an order at our official website.
Important: Please do not trust or answer any payment request of unknown origin, including but not limited to those sent through instant messaging software such as WeChat and Telegram. Please do not transfer payment to any bank account/wallet address of unknown origin.
