1. Reasons for Miner Offline

Miner offline: Reasons include miner relocation, fan failure, control board failure, hash board failure, power supply failure, site withdrawal, etc.

Offline during operation: Reasons include high temperature, low temperature, PDU failure, power rationing, power equipment maintenance, network failure, etc.

 

2. How to monitor and track miner downtime?

On-site operations will actively monitor all miners and use ANTSENTRY for monitoring. When a problem occurs with a miner, on-site technicians will immediately restart and diagnose the device. If the miner faces issues that on-site operations cannot resolve, it will be sent for repair within 48 hours, entering the RMA process directly.

1. What is the HOST ANTMINER?

HOST ANTMINER is a newly launched one-stop mining solution by BITMAIN, designed for flexibility and enhanced profitability. It features high-performance hydro-cooling ANTMINER with high-quality mining farms worldwide to ensure cost-effective power resources.

You can start your mining journey with just one click. During the HOST period, there are no prepayment requirements for electricity or any other extra costs. Daily earnings are displayed on the HOST Orders page and the Watcher Link on ANTPOOL.

 

2. Why choose HOST ANTMINER?

1). By choosing BITMAIN HOST ANTMINER, there is no prepayment, no hidden cost. You can enjoy the seamless mining without the need to prepay electricity fee or incur extra cost during the host period;

2). With BITMAIN, your orders are always in control. You can choose to end the HOST period early, pay the HOST Fee, and withdraw your BTC and miner. If BITMAIN terminates the HOST period in advance, we will ensure you a 10% profit.

 

3. How is the HOST ANTMINER charged?

The price of the HOST ANTMINER is based on the spot price of the mining machine. When purchasing the HOST ANTMINER, you only need to pay the machine purchase fee without any prepayment of extra fees.

At the end of the HOST period, you can choose different ways to conclude, either without paying any fees or by covering the HOST Fee.

The HOST Fee = $0.10/kWh x Power Consumption (kW) x Uptime (hours).

 

4. What options do I have after purchasing HOST ANTMINER?

First Option:  When the total value of the mined BTC equals the price you paid for purchasing HOST ANTMINER, the HOST will end. You can choose:

1). Withdraw your BTC earnings, and offsetting HOST Fee with miner;
2). Pay the HOST Fee, withdraw your BTC earnings, and take the miner;
3). Withdraw your BTC earnings, upgrade to a new HOST ANTMINER. The payment amount will be: the new HOST ANTMINER price - spot HOST ANTMINER price * 10%.

Second Option: During the HOST period, you can end the HOST at any time after one month, pay the HOST Fee, and withdraw your BTC and ANTMINER.

Third Option: BITMAIN has the right to terminate early in case of operational problems at the mining farm or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will receive BTC worth 110% of your paid for HOST ANTMINER; the ANTMINER will belong to BITMAIN.

 

5. How to monitor my earning?

 You can monitor your earnings at HOST Order page and the pool sub-account Watcher Link.

 

6. Can I withdraw the Bitcoin mined each day at any time?

All BTC mined daily will be allocated to you, valued at the daily amount of coins multiplied by the opening price on that day (based on the UTC daily opening price). However, only when the HOST ends, you can withdraw all your earnings at once!

 

III. How long is the warranty period for the miners?

The warranty for the miners begins when the HOST starts (the date when the hash power is allocated to the sub-account) and lasts for 365 days.
