I had a very hard time finding it too. Yes I can email to you later on. Ill be home about 5pm eastern. Ill reply to you when I have a chance. I away going crazy trying to figure out what was going on with my miner. It was like chasing a ghost in the damn thing. This was the issue the whole time. I tried new PSU, changing cables, swapping hash boards and cpu. Please let me know if you end up finding it.

Me too my friend , i went the psu in technician it was ok , i bought new control board, swap hashboards. I did not change wires. I found a firmware from 2019 for t17 not t17e. For the SOC issue ,please kindly try to exclude the troubleshooting by the below instructions firstly
1 Check the power line,plug it and unplug it to test
2 restore to the factory settings,
3 manually configure the miner configuration
4 flash the sd card file to recover to the control board
