Antminer S9 stopped working after unplugging and plugging it back in.

Just moved my antminer and had to unplug the power. When I tried to start it up again it does not want to boot up fully. 2 of the boards have a red light on them and there are no lights on the front of it at all (the green and the red LED). The ethernet port is blinking like it normally does. I have tried to wait for over and hour and still no change. I have tried to unplug it and plug it back in, i also tried the reset button and the ipreset button with no change. Anyone ever encounter anything similar and have some tips?

  You can try to clean up the board dust, or replace a power supply to try, if there is still a problem, you can try to use the SD card to restore the control board, if there is still a problem may need to be repaired.
