Received repaired hashboards and control board today, but it does not work. what did you do? where is my money for repair fee, shipping cost, and non mining the time?
已回答I really disappointed with your service to repair, it is even second time for me from S19 PSU. actually same and more. ;(
1. control board
- Not flashed right version of the image, I tried to update by SD, flicking is over 1hour. could not be updated.
2. Hashboard, checked by other S17e's control board.
- not fixed the original problem, 0 asic found.
- Mixed hashboard, I sent two defected hashboards to repair, the version is v1.3, but I checked what I received from bitmain repair center, its version is v1.4. so surely not match the ID between three hashboard, stopped working. at least you should make a same ID on the board.

For the hashboard which can not be detected ,please try to exclude the issues by the below instructions
1.check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires
2.upgrade to the latest firmware
3. change the PSU to try it and reset the miner to the factory settings
4.flash the SD card program to recover the control board

Our technical engineer checked there is hashboard can not be detected
For the hashboard which can not be detected ,please try to exclude the issues by the below instructions
1.check the wires for the hashboard--pull them and re-plug them again, and also you can try to change the new wires
2.upgrade to the latest firmware
3. change the PSU to try it and reset the miner to the factory settings
4.flash the SD card program to recover the control board
