Antminer S7 literally doesn't work

Hi everyone, a random newbie here.

Let me explain what's happening, i have 2 S7 connected on the APW3++ power supply, both miners turns on.

However, they don't get to work, both doesn't flashes any led (Fault and Normal leds), also both S7 doesn't work with IP Reporter, DHCP of my router is turned on but they don't get IP address.

 

Any ideas? Any help is welcome.

  Hello!
  You can try to change the network cable, or try to restore the factory.
