    Thanks for your consultation!

    Missing hashboard issue may be caused by various reasons such as accumulated dust, loose heatsinks, bad signal cables, broken sockets, or unworking connectors. 

    Try the methods below to troubleshoot the problem, if not working, you need to send it back for repair. 

    1. Clean the hashboards and find whether there are any heatsinks loosen. 
    2. Check the signal cables and PSU connectors by shifting them to good ones.

    Hello,

    I recently purchased a T15 and have the same issue but on board 3. I was not able to find any loose connections and cleaning did not fix the issue.

    Is there any options to send in the faulty hash board or are replacement parts available?
