antminer t17E not hashing

Hi all, I hope someone can answer and solve my problem. I just bought T17e 5 months ago and everything was working fine until one day the miner decided not to hash more than 32TH/s. So i went to my kernel logs and looked for the problem and i have found that 

"chain 2 0 asics found" powering off hashboard

I tried to reboot, flash firmware, update firmware but nothing helped.

Please help me if i should disassemble my miner and check for heat sinks or what should i do?
