s9i unknown problem

hi.i clean my s9i with a wind engine.i do it with standard and good distance.but now,when i assemble my device,only one chipset works.two other chipsets stoped.in "Asic status" section,first chipset is normal and have full "0".but in two others,the "0"s are halved.i restarting device,upgrading device but its useless for solving my problem.what should i do?!please help me.
