S17 Socket connect failed: Connection refused
Dear all,
My miner stopped working.
Steps I've already taken but without success:
1- Download and reload the firmware -> done but didn't solve
2- Check your mining pool URLs and settings very carefully -> well configured
3- Confirm that your internet and network is stable -> good internet
4- Check the voltage on the front and rear fans -> all working
5- Reset the miner -> done but didn't solve

Good morning Friends, I tell you, I reset the configuration to factory values of the S17, I updated it to the latest version of the firmware and leave it off for two days, without connection to electricity, after that I programmed it and changed the name of the worker; I already have 3 days working well with the machine without any problem. I have rebooted several times and it reconnects to the Bitmain server; Thank you very much for your help if I have problems I will contact you by this means THANK YOU....

I have the same problem with S17 + miners, I already did the above steps, even other tests
2 miners were taken, one with failure and the other without failure, the two miners were exchanged between them the controlboard, resulting in the following:
The control board of the miner that has a fault, was installed in a miner that does not present any fault, this miner with that controlboard connected without problem
The control board of the miner that did not have failures was installed in the miner that has failures, this miner with that controlboard continues to present the same failure, this even changing the controlboard
As a note: the previously crashed miner had the PSU changed, the controlboard connectors to the hashboards, and even the hashboards were changed from slots

2- Check your mining pool URLs and settings very carefully -> well configured
