    don't trust them anymore.
    they had sent me a firmware and it didn't help anything.
    and I sent it to repair site, and they repaired for 3 months and returned a burned miner to me. it is smell burned and falling apart.
    that is totally different machine thats I sent.

    I need to say that i have received a frimware from bitmain which is not working ( i used sd cart to change the frimware) and now i can’t even set my pool on it it doesn’t save address and othe r stuff

    So i did as you said and the upgrade of control board and framware didn’t work and i still had the problem then i decided to check my hardware and i replaced the missing chian with one of hashboards of another s17+ and then again i had this error “find 0 asic” what do you suggest?

    I have a antminer s17+ 67t with only 3 months, and yesterday the machine has lost one of the chains, saying that the chain 2 has zero chips ! 

    From what i see here there is a firmware to repair this problem ??
