Biitmain repair never will repiar and now even not sending machine back to us
13 days ago Bitmain repair told me the repaired (4th time repaired) D7 miner was sent to me, 13 days later now, it is still saying "Label created" with no activity.

Contact Bitmain support many times, always say they are checking day by day the same saying checking.
Guys, we have been purchasing thousands asic machine with other brand, Bitmain support really gave us headache we never had.
Linda here will tell me to contact their support which I already did, nothing works, machine we purchased 6 months ago, still no getting fixed, yet wasted thousands money on this repairing and shipping.
I will say we should be telling all our mining networks to avoid to purchase any Bitmain products. 1k pc of s19a we ordered we canceled it due to the bad warranty service and support we are receiving.

17 days passed since Bitmain said the replacement is sending us.
Including their fixing time this time is more than a month.
If counting from the first day we report the dead on arrival,
it is more than 3 months.
Spending like 10k usd buying Bitmain miner came dead, and $6k usd for repair,
until now, nothing is repaired or sending us back.

This the 5th time I gave Bitmain support the ticket #, I contacted support at least 20 times already after you told it is shipped one month ago.Every time telling me checking or the saying the shipment was on the way.
Yes, on the way one month ago even tracking clearly told it is not even shipped, or we called
Fedex. Fedex told us you guys Bitmain lied, we Fedex did not receive anything,How could a company treat a customer like this?
