S19J-Pro 96TH abnormal (zero) hashrate after online for 11 days

I installed this unit and it has been running for approx 11 days with no issues, today it faulted and is at 0 hashrate.  I rebooted it and it ran for 30 min or so and did the same thing, shows hardware errors on the hashboards, temps are normal, I am new to problems and I dont know what to look for in the logs, I see some references to voltage drops to 4.98 after a -!!!reg crc error-.  any help would be appreciated.
