New Antminer S19 90T - faulty chip

My new antminer s19 90T was working for two days. Then it was restarted and I saw these lines in the log

2022-03-12 07:56:02 Chain[0]: find 88 asic, times 0
2022-03-12 07:56:12 Chain[1]: find 88 asic, times 0
2022-03-12 07:56:23 Chain[2]: find 87 asic, times 0
2022-03-12 07:56:35 Chain[2]: find 87 asic, times 1
2022-03-12 07:56:47 Chain[2]: find 87 asic, times 2
2022-03-12 07:56:48 Chain 2 only find 87 asic, will power off hash board 2

So, miner switched off third hashboard. I restarted it and now all boards are working fine. So, the question is, is that a single software bug, or I have some troubles with one chip on third hashboard ?

PS I have the latest software: Firmware Version Wed Oct 20 17:50:59 CST 2021

  My another S19 90T miner restarted 1 hour ago and 2 hashboards are broken now, the same thing. 1 chip on each hashboard is not working and the whole hashboard is not working too. What is the problem ?

  After several restarts I got this log. Which problem can cause chip failure ?

  These miners are NEW, just from bitmain. Please, help
