Yesterday I was logged out of the mining Pool on both the phone app as well as the desktop site. I figured it was possibly because of site update. I was able to log back into the phone app but have since been able to log in on my laptop. I tried contacting customer service who had sent me a link for the main bitmain site password reset, but this has nothing to do with the pool. I followed the link and reset the password anyway, solved nothing. Still cannot log in with the laptop. Anyone else having this issue, or can tell me how to resolve this.
