S19J & S19a ERROR_POWER_LOST: get power type version - PSU Version A vs Version C

I have an S19J and two S19a who had PSU fail after one day of operation. Bitmain didn't honor their warranty and told me it was my problem. So here I am a month after sending them to Bitmain, I gave up debating who should pay for the PSU and purchased three brand new Bitmain PSU to replace the defective units. The issue I am having is that once I installed these new PSU, the controller boots up, but it won't hash. In the Kernel Log, I get "ERROR_POWER_LOST: get power type version" and then it shuts down hashing.
HOWEVER, when I pull a working PSU from another S19a or S19J in the group of miners I purchased with these defective miners, these 3 miners fire right up and hash as expected! The only difference I can figure is that the APW12 PSU on the miners are "Version A" and the replacement branded Bitmain PSU are "Version C". Any advice on getting these PSU to work?
