S19J Pro (104t) not hashing full capacity.

Hello all,

Good to be newly part of the community.

I've recently purchased 10x brand new S19J Pro (104t).

I've had all 10 rigs running for the past month and have noticed that one of my machines has NEVER ran over 96th. Initially I thought it was normal, and that it needed time to get to its maximum hashrate, but being that its the same as my other rigs and they are all running at full power I decided to look into the web interface and noticed that the Frequency is set to 505, and the theoretical hashrate is 32705GHs as opposed to my other miners, that the frequency is 545 and theoretical hashrate is 35296GHs.

I installed the latest firmware via the web interface and download from the bitmain website, but my issue remains. I've tested the power draw from the PSU to determine if maybe I was not pulling enough power but it's pulling just as much as my other rigs.
