D7 problem with finding all chips...

I received a d7 order for a month or smth. One of d7 seems don't want to work properly, maybe you could help me with that. Logs show that one board doesn't find all chips. Maybe a flash reset could help? Or any other solutions you could suggest? Also there is no flash image where all the rest images are published ir your website. So I have no place to take it.

At the moment received from support with same solutions, firmware update, factory reset. Asked again for flash file.

Also trying now to check possibilities how to check and resubmit power cables to the chip. Seems will need to open some parts :)

Just sent mine back to Bitmain for repair... Sounds like the D7 is made of chocolate

The same problem. Miner reports "detected asic num less than design" and not all boards detected.

Sent it back to Bitmain (was purchased through a reseller). Got a different one back after a couple of weeks and running fine so far.

Looks like they don't like any network or pool instability and fry themselves if they aren't hashing smoothly.

How was the process? Did you just setup a ticket here and send it back?

Had to raise ticket and returns form, then pay for courier to send to HK.

Overall pretty painless other than getting it through customs, but not particularly fair that you have to pay return shipping during warranty period, fair enough if it's damage, but with a fault it's a bit poor.
