Will my Antminer L7 work on 208V 20amp (single phase) circuit?

Hi, I want to purchase antminer L7 that requires 220V and 3425Watt. The datacenter i want to host my device only offers 208V 20 amps (single phase) circuit. Therefore, my question is whether my Antminer L7 will be able to work full power. Thank you very much for your assistance.
