Bitmain T19 84T Hashrate ABNORMAL

i have a problem with my t19 84ths, it doesn't recognize all 3 boards. It only recognizes 2 plates 1 works and the other is at 0 Ths.
I already tried changing the latest firmware but I can't find a solution.
