S19jPRO won't fully boot after firmware update

I have problem with the hash board (missing some chips), so I decided to upgrade firmware to the latest version using SD card, because checking/changing PSU and cables did not resolved the issue.
After firmware upgrading procedure I'm able to access web interface of the miner (at the bottom the Firmware Version is Sat Jun 5 23:30:08 CST 2021), but it does not start hashing.
Red FAULT LED is steady ON and green NORMAL LED is OFF. I didn't found documentation for this LED combination.
It is possible to load back the previous May version of the firmware?

One thing to remark... In the log the Miner Type is stated as "Antminer S19j" (without "Pro" at the end). It is OK? I'm sure that I downloaded correct firmware version according file description and file name. The previous May version stated Miner Type as "Antminer S19j Pro"

I tried multiple times to flash the firmware using SD card, but result is still the same. Because according logs I suspect this is not firmware for "Pro" version of S19j.

This package is identical to the S19j package. We have compared and match both packages' "update.bmu" file checksums. Your miner will not be able to detect hash boards, reset to factory default firmware, or update to the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin firmware. Effectively rendering your equipment useless.

I had the same issue, it sounds like! Hopefully there is hope for me. Please help if you are able. I have spent many hours trying website reset, physical power off with switch, reloading firmware, and searching the Internet.
I have S19j Pro 96 TH unit, with 7007 control board (integrated). I installed the following using 2GB micro SD card formatted FAT32:

I also tried loading the firmware using a 16GB micro SD card, in case my 2GB card was defective, but loading with the 16GB card had the same result.

The firmware cann't be upgraded by current official APMinerTools(V1.0.11) and other like BTC tool,etc. Please upgrated it by miner web administration page.
