The timeline is
1) Hashbard 0 rate is around 31 th/s, the other 2 hasboards show 35th/s
2) I do factory reset
3) I download the latest firmware, but ASIC showed only 2 hardboard and tell me that 1 hashboard broken.
Is it because of update the latest firmware had caused 1 Chip to broken.
I'll post the kernel log on the other post.
Can you provide the FirmWare that used before delivery? thank you.

Your log is incomplete. Can you send a complete kernel log after waiting for the machine to run longer, because the end of the kernel log will show what the fault is. Thank you for your cooperation and wait for your complete kernel log.
Could you send us full kernel log after the miner running 20-30 mins , after double checked with technical engineer we will advise you the solutions and advice.
Kernel log will always show the real reason issue for the antminer.
