已回答Hi, my name is Rodrigo I sent a my s19 pro to repair site in hong kong, you sent a replacement product s/n NGSB67ABJJIJH0581, this product present problems :
hash board 2 : present error hashboard anormal hasrate and present chips with warning
hash board 2 : present hashrate 20% most low, of normal hasrate
present 26 th/s , a normal hash per hashboard is between 35 -37 th/s
the machine s19 do not allow up date firmware.
Please indicate how to proceed since the replacement machine has errors and should be good.

Could you send us full kernel log after the miner running 20-30 mins , after double checked with technical engineer we will advise you the solutions and advice.
Kernel log will always show the real reason issue for the antminer.
