How do fans work on s19 pro

Hi! I couldn't find this information anywhere, so I decided to ask here…. I’ve been using my s19 pro with the latest antminer firmware and I was wondering if fan speed is supposed to be adjusted automatically. My fans always run at 100% speed, even when there is colder air that brings the temperature down close to 0 degrees Celsius. I would like for my fans to adjust automatically according to the temperature (run automatically at a lower speed when it is colder and at a higher speed when it is hotter). Is this possible? Btw I have a n s19 pro running the latest firmware

If it is manually selected, it is easy to cause high temperature under the condition of high temperature of the machine, and high starting temperature is easy to cause hashboard burning，This is not recommended to be adjusted, which will affect the heat dissipation performance.
