S19J PRO 96t Abnormal Hash Rate

I'm having an issue with a new S19j Pro 96t that I received a few days ago. The Miner would mine for a few hours and then stop intermittently.
I decided to update the firmware using the firmware posted on the support page for the S19J Pro linked below

After updating the firmware and restarting the miner I keep getting the "abnormal chip state" message. Network status, fan speed and temperature all show fine. Below I've pasted a copy of my Historical log. A little further down in this post is a copy of my current log as well

I have rebooted and waited hours many times over now, as the miner had been down for several days now.
The miner Stopped working the second I did the firmware update from the service site it has not worked since no matter what I do. I would really like to try the SD card file flash like another poster that got theirs back and running

Unfortunately the error persist. I have sent additional logs to Lisa (bitmain email support). As you can see in the log post below, the miner will not load eeprom frequency, it keeps defaulting to low value of 200. In my earlier post (when it was still working) it continues to go through frequency band

already did, many times. Definitely not working. After updating to the firmware file my miner stopped working. After many request, I still have not received the correct firmware BIN file for my miner, please see my notes below:

** To be extra clear.... when you look at my first logs from when my miner was first received and working, my firmware was dated:

This package is identical to the S19j package. We have compared and match both packages' "update.bmu" file checksums. Your miner will not be able to detect hash boards, reset to factory default firmware, or update to the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin firmware. Effectively rendering your equipment useless.

@niftyframes, do not get your hopes up regarding a response from Bitmain customer support. To this day I have yet to receive the firmware that came with my miner or helpful response from Bitmain support after two months of correspondence. I’ve only gotten the runaround from them, and recently no response at all. My S19J pro is currently on a shelf collecting dust because I cant get any help or firmware support from the manufacturer.
