Firmware upgrade S19J PRO not working

When trying to upgrade my new S19JPRO to "Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin", it takes the upgrade file and says "Please wait while the firmware is being upgraded!". Then I wait 20 minutes, reboot the miner and it still shows the old firmware date "May 15 21:17:18 CST 2021" There is no error message or message that it completed successfully. I am using Chrome and cleared the cache. Is there something I should look to do differently or some way to see why it is failing?

And could you also check if your network is normal or not ?

Sorry for your inconvenience, After double checked with our technical department again the actual firmware is the version of the firmware is in May, not in June.
Sorry for that which means you downloaded the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.binm but actual the version of this is in May,that is the reason why you can not upgrade it. -

BEWARE!
DO NOT INSTALL the S19j Pro SD card recovery package. It has BRICKED our miner!
- Antminer-S19j-Pro-Release-sd2nand-zynq7007-20210605.zip (file size 26.87MB)
- S19j Pro SD firmware for 7007 control board only (published 2021-08-26)
This package is identical to the S19j package. We have compared and match both packages' "update.bmu" file checksums. Your miner will not be able to detect hash boards, reset to factory default firmware, or update to the Antminer-S19j-Pro-release-202106281212.bin firmware. Effectively rendering your equipment useless.
