Factory Resetting S19 Pro

I recently got a new router and my ip addresses changed.  I was able to do a factory reset on my 2 s17 pros, but my S19, I can't.  I've tried every step, I believe possible.  

Currently the red fault light is flashing.  Is there any other way to change the ip address on the machine?

  Dear

  If reset the miner to the factory setting are not available.would you like to try to configure the router to be the same as before?

  If still not available , please flash the SD card file to recover to the control board.

  Can you please post the direct download link for the S19 Pro SD Card Firmware as it's not on the page that was linked above. The only option there is a .bmu file which cannot be extracted or unzipped to be copied onto a SD card.
